They are diligent, motivated, and supervised by a team of five dedicated teachers and a passionate principal. Unfortunately, their classrooms are built with makeshift materials, making their working environment precarious and undignified.

Since 2017, a visionary woman has brought a bilingual school to life in the heart of Mfou. Despite immense sacrifices, this institution now welcomes dozens of students who are passionate about learning.
However, we face a major challenge: the classrooms, built with local materials, have become insufficient and can no longer offer a decent learning environment. The students deserve to study in modern and secure conditions.
Our goal is twofold:
Build permanent classrooms: We want to replace the current structures with solid, durable buildings. This will allow us to welcome more students under better conditions and ensure the longevity of their education.
Acquire a school transport vehicle: Many students live far from the school and struggle with the daily commute. A school bus is essential to ensure that all students can access education safely, without the constraint of distance.

Established in 2017 by its visionary Founding President, Mrs. Marthe ASSOMO, a distinguished career teacher with a CAPIEM (Certificat d’Aptitude Pédagogique des Instituteurs de l’Enseignement Maternel et Primaire) degree from Yaoundé, “La Destinée” was born from a profound ambition: to provide high-quality education to children from all backgrounds. Fueled by her unshakeable faith and a deep commitment to her hometown, she embarked on this noble adventure, beginning with four temporary classrooms and an office that today serve students from kindergarten to middle school, all guided by a team of five qualified teachers.
