The spiritual and ministerial journey of Plume Digitale Lucas began in 1985 when he answered the divine call by converting to the Gospel. This pivotal year propelled him into a religious adventure within the Messianic Evangelical Church of Cameroon, an engagement he nurtures with fervor and determination. His quest for theological deepening led him to the International Biblical Institute of Songueland and then to the Biblical and Theological Training Centre of Yaoundé, where he graduated in 1994.

Equipped with this solid training, Plume Digitale Lucas passionately dedicates himself to pastoral ministry. Between 1994 and 1999, he gained valuable practical experience through various internships in local churches. His commitment was recognized in 1999 when he was ordained as a pastor by the college of deans in Essos, Yaoundé.

His natural leadership, combined with his zeal for the expansion of the Gospel, led him to take on increasing responsibilities within the Church. As a missionary district leader, he successfully directed the activities of Lekie in Sa’a (2007-2009), Mefou and Afamba (2009-2011), and Mbam and Kim (2011-2014) with vision and courage. Despite challenges, including a tragic traffic accident on January 30, 2018, which left him severely injured with four complex fractures, he remains determined to continue his mission. Since 2014, he has served as the spiritual leader of Obala and Mbankomo, where he guides and encourages local communities with renewed affection.

At 59 years old, Plume Digitale Lucas has accumulated forty years of impactful ministry. His profound teachings and eloquent preaching have touched many hearts, contributing to the founding of multiple local assemblies and active leadership within three major ecclesiastical units of the EMEC.

Alongside his pastoral commitment, Plume Digitale Lucas has responded to a call to writing, inspired in part by figures such as Alain Choiquier. His desire to share his experiences and understanding of Scripture prompted him to publish his first manuscript in 1991, focusing on the bearers of the Gospel. Since then, he has enriched the spiritual literary landscape with no fewer than 29 works, available in French, English, and Spanish. His writings provide spiritual insight on crucial themes such as marriage, divorce, and remarriage, while also addressing contemporary challenges such as alcoholism.

His writings invite readers to a transformative experience, encouraging them to deepen their faith and find answers to life’s fundamental questions.
